Services

Urtruk provides small moves, item pickups and deliveries, light staging moves, and junk removal using our pickup truck. Quotes are estimates based on the information you provide — including photos, item descriptions, addresses, and distance. The final price is confirmed with you before the job starts. A one-hour minimum applies to hourly work. Landfill or disposal fees are not included in our quotes unless separately agreed.

Quotes and Payment

Submitting a quote request does not create a binding booking. A job is booked once we confirm the details and schedule with you. Payment is due when the job is completed unless other arrangements are made. If a deposit is requested for a booking, it secures your scheduled time. Prices are in U.S. dollars.

Scheduling and Cancellations

We do our best to arrive within the scheduled window, but Texas traffic, weather, and prior jobs can cause delays. We will notify you if your timing changes. Please give us at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule so we can offer the time to another customer.

What We Can't Haul

For safety and legal reasons, we cannot transport hazardous materials, chemicals, paints, asbestos, medical waste, firearms, or items too heavy or large for our pickup truck and crew. We may decline a job on arrival if items were not accurately described and cannot be safely hauled.

Responsibility for Your Items

We handle your items with care. Please let us know about fragile or high-value items before we load them. Our liability for loss or damage to your items is limited to the amount you paid for the job. We are not responsible for damage to driveways, lawns, doorways, or building interiors caused by pre-existing conditions or items that do not fit through openings.

SMS Terms

When you check the text-updates box on our quote form or otherwise ask us to text you, you agree to receive text messages from Urtruk about your quote, scheduling, and job updates at the mobile number you provide. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of text messages at any time, or reply HELP for assistance. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use our website lawfully and to provide accurate information in quote requests. You may not misuse the site, attempt to access restricted areas, or interfere with its operation.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows the current version. Continued use of our website or services after changes means you accept the updated terms.
